Beverage Consumption Calculator
Adjust Beverage Consumption (%)
APT’s beverage consumption calculator estimates drink quantities for event planners based on comprehensive consumption data across different demographics and times of day.
How It Works
Enter the number of attendees, demographic group, and time of day (morning or afternoon).
The calculator references consumption data for each beverage category based on attendee demographics.
Adjust percentages based on attendee data (e.g., historical data suggests a 10% increase or decrease in consumption).
The tool calculates and displays estimated servings of coffee, decaf coffee, tea, and soda.
