Owning the MISSION.

We’ve lived the challenges of association management. We’ve witnesssed specialty groups grow to become self-sustaining—only to see inefficiencies emerge. Autonomy was empowering, but execution suffered. Key initiatives stalled, and growth slowed. There had to be a better way.

The APT Approach

We realized organizations need two types of people:

Paul M Hiller, CMP, Founder and Principal

Paul Hiller is a people connector who activates behavior-changing learning experiences and events. His purpose is to support professionals who drive meaning and make a difference in other people’s lives. In 2017, he founded Association Project Team (APT) after identifying a need for better support for associations, their members, and their staff.

Paul lives in Chicago with his incredibly supportive wife, Stephanie. He is an assistant women's golf coach at Elmhurst University and enjoys spending time with friends, often lamenting about Chicago sports.
